    They open the link and explicitly grant access. Until they do, you see none of their data.

What to know upfront

  • This plan does not include Pro for your own account. The teacher panel and Pro are separate products.
  • For a student on a free account you can set goals for today and tomorrow only. If your student has Pro, you can plan up to a year ahead.
  • You never see raw activity records or message content — only the totals, and only for what the student agreed to share.
  • A student can revoke your access at any time. The moment they do, their data disappears from your panel.

Questions teachers ask

Does my student need to pay?
No. Your student can use PomoClass for free and still be connected to you. The only difference is goal planning: on a free account you can set goals for today and tomorrow, and if they have Pro you can plan up to a year ahead.
Can I see my student's data without asking?
No. You send an invite link and the student has to accept it explicitly. Before that you see nothing. After it, they can cut the connection whenever they want.
How many students can I add?
You can keep up to 200 students connected at once, and there is no per-student fee. However many you work with, the plan is $39.99 a year.
Does the teacher plan give me Pro?
No, they are separate products. The teacher plan opens the panel and everything in it. Pro for your own timer, goal calendar and AI coach is bought separately.
How do I remove a student from my list?
Remove the connection from the student's card in the panel; their data closes to you immediately. The student can do the same from their side.
What happens if I cancel?
The panel stays open until the end of the period you paid for. After that it closes and your students' data is no longer visible to you.
